This year the annual Expressive Arts Faculty Christmas Concert has moved online. We shall be adding new items every day for you to enjoy.
Whole School Lip Sync
S6 pupil Sam was tasked with putting together a fun Christmas lip sync video involving staff and pupils from all over the school. Under Sam’s direction, together with the incredible video editing skills from Max in S5, they have created a video you will definitely enjoy!
We Wish You a Merry Christmas

3 senior pupils form this small Percussion Group. Here’s their performance of a piece called “Secret Piano Duet”.

Pupils in S3 Music classes have been working hard to develop their performing skills through group performing. In this video we share with you a medley of festive pieces performed by S3s.
Count on Me
Put together by pupils and staff from Pupil Support (Curriculum) team as part of the Kindness Rocks Project, this performance has a very special message. When choices in life became limited by pandemic restrictions, we realised that being kind is something no one can take from us. Be kind and look after one another.

O, Holy Night
Singing might be prohibited in schools just now but this hasn’t stopped the Cults Academy Singers from making music. Recorded individually from their homes, Mr Thomson’s singing pupils perform this lovely arrangement of the traditional Christmas Carol, “O, Holy Night”.
Deck the Halls
Our brother and sister duo, perform “Deck the Halls” on bagpipes along with Robbie Lawrence who, although not seen in the video, can be heard playing along too.
