On Sunday the 18th a group of pupils from Percussion Group performed in a special charity concert at Aberdeen’s Music Hall. They performed a selection of pieces including Sway, The Pink Panther and Bach’s Two Part Invention. They also had the incredible opportunity to accompany Emeli Sande as she performed some of her most well known hits including Roots and Next to Me. Some videos of their performances can be found below. Afterwards, the performers were all invited to a special dinner dance at Maryculter House to thank them for taking part in the concert. The concert was a huge success and helped raise money towards Cranes, Charlie House and NESMS. A huge thank you to Mrs Duguid for organising and supporting the Percussion Group and for giving them this opportunity.
